3. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files". These are: Browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not combined with data from other sources. The basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free and stable presentation of our website.

Registration on this Website

You can register on our website to access additional functions. The input data will only be used for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will reject the registration.

We process the following data during registration:

• Username
• Email Address
• Password (stored in a hashed, non-reversible format)
• Discord User ID (if provided by you in your account settings)

The data processed during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and for the fulfillment of the user contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

User-Generated Content (Server Listings, Reviews, etc.)

When you list a server, write a review, or reply to a review, the content you provide is stored and displayed publicly on our platform, associated with your username. This includes the server description, tags, your rating, and comment texts. This processing is necessary for the performance of our service and is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Email for Verification

For account registration, we use a double opt-in procedure. We will send a confirmation email to the email address you have provided to verify your ownership. For sending these emails, we use the service PHPMailer, which transmits the data to the SMTP server you have configured. The basis for this is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

4. Data Processing and Third Parties

Hosting

Our website is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) administered by us. This gives us full control over the data stored on the server and the installed software. The provider who supplies us with the virtualized server infrastructure is:

The use of a VPS is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, fast, and reliable provision of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with STRATO AG to ensure that the underlying infrastructure is operated in compliance with GDPR.

Discord API

When you or our automated scripts request information about a Discord server (e.g., when adding a server or during an automatic update), we make a request to the official Discord API. 5. Cookies

Our website uses "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. We only use technically necessary session cookies (e.g., `PHPSESSID`) to maintain your login status while you navigate the site. These cookies are deleted at the end of your session. We do not use any tracking or analysis cookies. The use of technically necessary cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Data Retention Period

We store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Your account data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed, subject to any statutory retention obligations.
